Job Summary: 

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security features, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 


Architecture & Design: 

Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that align with business goals. 

Architect and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. 

Plan and execute M365 migrations (e.g., from on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant). 


Performance & Optimization: 

Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency. 

Work with network engineers to optimize routing and connectivity for M365. 


Security & Compliance: 

Configure and manage Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, DLP, and MFA. 

Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, etc.). 


Automation & Integration: 

Leverage PowerShell and Power Automate for automation and administration. 

Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party applications and on-premises systems. 


Support & Collaboration: 

Act as a technical SME for internal IT teams and end users. 

Work closely with business units, vendors, and Microsoft support for issue resolution. 


Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365. 

Deep expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD. 

Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem AD and Azure AD).
