RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set goals and deadlines for the department using Microsoft Excel to prepare and review operational reports and schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop operational standards and procedures for the work unit or department; analyze internal processes using flow charts in Microsoft PowerPoint; recommend and implement procedural changes to improve operations (e.g., record disposal or process improvement).
Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, resources, materials, and supplies using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Direct or coordinate the professional services department of the business, ensuring alignment with company vision, mission, and objectives; conduct classes to teach procedures using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Establish work procedures or schedules to organize the daily work of administrative staff using Microsoft Excel.
Manage paper or electronic filing systems by recording information, updating paperwork, and maintaining documents (e.g., interview records, feedback, selected/onboarded resources) using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Freshteam ATS System.
Review contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance.
Represent the company at meetings or conferences with customers; serve as liaison for requests or complaints using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, including request-for-proposal responses and industry-specific solutions, using Microsoft Word for document preparation and Microsoft Outlook for communication.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote company products/services, and provide sales support; use Microsoft PowerPoint decks to demonstrate solutions.
Create Statements of Work/Contracts for professional services using Microsoft Word.
Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities; support the team to achieve sales goals using PowerPoint to present products or services to customers.
Document account management activities using Microsoft Excel; generate reports using Microsoft PowerPoint; maintain business activity records with customers using Microsoft SharePoint.


QUALIFICATIONS:  


Associate degree in business or engineering with at least two years of experience in project management, business, or management positions.
Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable.
Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be accepted.
At least two years of experience working with:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft SharePoint
Freshteam ATS System
Experience in:
Budget planning and control
Creating statements of work/contracts
Documenting account management activities
