Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
- Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to create user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
