002AVM - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
   • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all phases, including data migration, portal transition, dashboard deployment, and system integration.
2. Team Coordination:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Software Development teams.
   • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
   • Manage task assignments and resource allocation across teams.
3. Risk Management:
   • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
   • Implement contingency plans to address project challenges and roadblocks.
4. Stakeholder Management:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
   • Gather requirements from business leaders and ensure they are translated into actionable tasks.
   • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
   • Optimize resource utilization to meet project requirements without exceeding budget constraints.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
   • Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance criteria for data migration, dashboards, and integrations.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and progress reports.
   • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
8. Change Management:
   • Manage change requests and ensure that they are effectively communicated and integrated into the project plan.
   • Minimize disruptions by maintaining a clear scope and change approval process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, particularly in infrastructure automation, data migration, and system integration.
  • Experience with cloud environments and AWS services is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience in large-scale system transitions or migrations.
• Knowledge of API integrations, cloud technologies, and infrastructure components like MySQL, Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and others.
